Currently, working as an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Kushtia Government College, Kushtia, Bangladesh. Recruited as a BCS (General Education) Cadre secured 1^st merit position through 33^st BCS. Before joining this profession, the experience of working as a primary education officer for three and half years at Tangail and Satkhira district of Bangladesh. Completed my PhD in Sociology from the Institute of Bangladesh Studies (IBS) under University of Rajshahi in 2022 for initiating and starting my journey on research skills and projects in providing public services. Also completed graduation and post-graduation in Sociology from Dhaka University.

Educational Qualification: BSS and MSS in Sociology from Dhaka University and PhD from IBS, Rajshahi University.

Awards and Fellowships: UGC Scholarship for Three Years.

Professional Experience: Nine Years in Teaching Profession.

Training and Workshop: 147^th Basic Course; 41th ERM Course; 37^th Training on ICT; Attended different seminar, workshop and conference arranged by IBS, RU.
